[he spends most of the morning just huddling in the corner of Acher's room trying not to pass out from hyperventilating. it's a couple hours before he's calmed down enough to respond to the letter.]

[he is VERY CAREFUL to use his Akhilendra handwriting, though some of it may come out a bit artificial and stilted because the more you think about that shit the harder it is to do right. He also addresses it and signs it with Akhi's name. He does not want to give Acher any reason to suspect he has any Ravindra in him at all.]

You are likely correct. My men are mercenaries, kept in line by access to the combat medicine that I was giving them. You will find a vial of it in my desk. Drink some, but use the reserve of power you feel slowly.

They may decide to kill you and find the store for themselves if they realize that you're in control of my body. I frequently go on patrol in the afternoons with some time away. You shouldn't be bothered if you do. The forests are largely safe. Safer than the keep, at least.

My elemental will likely not be of assistance, but also won't give you away. He is stationed at a nearby cave.

It's about an hour's walk from the castle to the southeast. Go past the stream's bend, down the hillside, and the cave entrance is hidden behind the bushes.
