It felt as if I woke up one day and my life turned out to be a lie that fell apart more and more as time passed. And that was really difficult to live with.

But that isn't what happened. That day was when I started existing, not when I lost who I was.

So that changes a lot of things.

If you only research, you'll just get frustrated and fuck up because it's all work. Doing some fun stuff will help you relax and do your research better.
