I'm pessimistic for a fucking reason, Gabriel! Did you miss the part where there are alts who want to kill me? I'm not making that shit up, I get threatening letters from Nova pretty regularly.

Who, by the way, also knows Reilanin. She knows both of the alts who want to kill me. So I don't care how nice she was to you, that means jack shit to me in terms of my own personal safety.
