O M G I can't believe this!! My MAX LEVEL berserker got deleted a week ago AND THE GMS WON'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT

I've been trying to get him back ALL WEEK and this morning they finally responded with "WHOOPS guess you're out of luck"! THIS IS BS!!! What kind of GM lets this sort of thing happen!? My other alts weren't even touched, JUST THE MAX LEVEL ZERK wtf!

I'm quitting Zen. It's not worth it if my hard work is just going to disappear while nobody does anything about it.

That's horrible. You should try to get in contact with someone higher up if your server GMs are being so blatantly unhelpful.

I filed a ticket and it kept getting passed up the chain. I don't even know who I'd have to contact next! The president of XDAV? jfc...

He shouldn't even have gotten deleted in the first place >:/!!

I can imagine it is pretty upsetting, especially since you put so much effort and time into such a character.

If need be, you probably will have to call him if such a thing isn't handled or at least given some kind of compensation.

I don't even know what compensation they could give me to make this worth it, except another maxed out berserker which THEY WON'T DO cuz I already asked.

Maybe they could at least give store credits. Something. I guess that's hardly compensation for a max level character... I haven't even gotten anyone that far yet.

tbh at this point I just really want to know why it even happened in the first place! It's not like I got hacked, all my good stuff I had banked is still there and my maxed out mage wasn't touched at all. Cuz, like, what's to stop it from happening again, you know? :/
