I couldn't find any reptile shelters. That's probably low priority now. But I found a mage looking for a serpent on the forums. Zenderael snakes can be dangerous. Sugar plum is practically a bunny rabbit by comparison. I talked to him for a while first to make sure. He was nice. She's a familiar maybe.

Oh, a familiar... that's good. That seems like something she would like.

I hope so. I used to think one day I would be a mage and she could be mine. I talked to her about it. It's good she didn't have to miss out.

He said I could. So maybe someday. [But she wonders if she's just saying that. It might be harder if she did. It's still hard to talk about, but at least Lera can't hear her voice cracking.] But um yeah I should start thinking about how to be more independent I think.
