I think I may have found information on Quartz.
Rachel had photos in a folder that seemed to indicate Quartz had visited her last year. I looked through the missing persons' database and found a match.
Her name is Emily Firmin. She was reported missing by her boss some time after she was last seen at work, which was on January 12th. There's no mention of family.
[Here is a photo of Rachel and Emily. Emily has short, mousy hair and wears a large pair of glasses. Her skin is tanned and she's wearing tomboyish clothing.]
