Jo emailed this afternoon, told us about Ezra. I guessed about Rhys after writing to Ezra.

He didn't answer til a little while ago.

He'll be fine. He's got a lot of friends now. [if you can count a guild as friends]

He's worried about the other guild leaders. Two've died already.

He should be worried about himself, too. Someone killed the Ahura before him for a reason.

Yeah, so I told him. But he knows, the others don't.

He'll be careful.

We're just never going to see him again.

We don't know that for sure. He and Ezra got there, Noelle and Nadir got here. Who knows who will wind up where in a week, two weeks, a month? Hell, the entire of Zen could be here in a few months, the rate things are going.

He's the Ahura, Mal. He kind of has to stay with the guild now.

Even he can't control what's going on with Zen, hon. He can't control whether or not he winds up back here, or we wind up there, or Zen merges entirely with Earth.

Did you hear about the weird chunk of buildings in Fall City? Actual buildings. Not just people or monsters.

Yeah, I saw it when I went out yesterday. My favorite market got merged with another building that kind of looks like it came from Bastan.

I'm going out tomorrow to take some pictures. But if the buildings are from Bastan... Will more of Zen show up here?

Not a clue... Is it bad that part of me just hopes it stays confined to Fall City and doesn't spread past that?

Considering the plants and beasts have been appearing across the planet, no, I wouldn't say that's a bad hope. Having bits of the cities pop up all over the world would be really hard to follow. 8|
