Many of you wrote to me seeking answers. Regrettably, I cannot answer every question I was asked, but I can tell you what I do know.

Some of you expressed worry about communication methods. Allow me to reassure you that X-DAV is not intercepting your phone calls or e-mails. They can only observe what you post to their forums or discuss through the game. This conversation is secure.

X-DAV is trying to merge Earth with Zenderael. To what ends, I don't know, but those of us in Fall City have seen firsthand the damage caused by this. They will take any measures necessary to ensure this happens. Simply for disagreeing with them, their berserkers killed my mother, and their assassins killed my father.

They don't care that people are getting hurt or killed. All they care about is ensuring their merge.

Characters have been crossing from the game into real life. If you find your character suddenly deleted without warning, it means there's a good chance they're here now. If X-DAV finds them, they will employ them. Your own characters will be used against you.

Real people have also been dragged into the game. The number of missing persons reports has skyrocketed in the last week, and I have reason to believe the majority of them are now inside Zenderael.

I'd like to offer protection to those within the game. If you know somebody who's gone missing, please provide a name and description. We can work together to find them and ensure they're protected. It is my goal to bring every one of these people home, but that requires more information than I have. Making this happen will be our top priority.

I also intend on sending any people from Zenderael back home as well. For the alts that have crossed, but were wise enough not to trust X-DAV, I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove I can be trusted. I want to stop this merge and put everyone back where they belong, to separate our two worlds again.

I realize many of you have been digging on your own and may know things I don't. I'd like to ask for any information you may have, however small, whether you think I must know already or not. Knowledge is power in this fight, and sharing what we know will make planning our course that much smoother.

How did your family come to know anything was up at all? When did this start?

General threats. Zenderael is a dangerous place for people like us. I believe there are enough of you who play characters within the game to set up a means of protection through cooperation.

I don't know a means to accomplish this yet, but I intend to find one. I suspect it will be related to the method for bringing those sent to Zenderael home.

I'm not comfortable sharing that answer just yet. I need to establish a greater trust with you all before I can share such sensitive information.

It began seven years ago, when X-DAV first released their game.

Precious little. They seem to be a subordinate group of X-DAV's, working to silence dissenters and further their goals. They have agents in both worlds, but I believe they originated from Zenderael.

The new Ahura and the new Spenta are both from Earth. If X-DAV or the greycloaks were interested in obtaining the god-organs, they've had ample time to already do it.

The old Ahura and the old Spenta were both found in times of crisis -- the riots and the appearance of Kharveryos. Most or all of the rioters are thought to have been berserkers. There were alts working for X-DAV at the area of Kharveryos' appearance, a strong indicator that they were sent with the expectation that something would appear. Something, as opposed to Kharveryos, because none of them were equipped to handle it.

If Kharveryos was random, then the appearance of the old Spenta's body was lucky. If Kharveryos was chosen, then the death of the old Spenta and his appearance in the area seem to have been planned -- that unless someone consumed his colon, Kharveryos would not be defeated.

It could be guessed that X-DAV is using the new Ahura and the new Spenta as storage for those two god-organs. Because they are from Earth, they lack the strategic and battle experiences a berserker and a paladin would possess. Instead, they hold onto the god-organs until X-DAV wishes to use them.

This is assuming no one in their respective guilds sees their lack of experience as an opportunity to become the new guild leader.

The timing is suspect. Right after the riots, the new species began to appear in Fall City, and right after the dragon came, Bastan appeared.

It seems as though the transfer of power may have had something to do with that. If so, then I do think sending their alts in to fight Kharveryos unprepared was very much intentional. They may be purposely setting up situations where people will feel forced to take god-organs.

Your worry about them being used as live storage also bears consideration, but it may be that simply getting the god-organs into people from Earth is their end goal.

What purpose does turning people from Earth into guild leaders have? There's no guarantee that these new guild leaders will cooperate with them.

The timing of events seems to suggest that the mere act of someone from Earth becoming a guild leader facilitates the merge of the worlds.

Any idea if it's reversible?

If that's what it takes.

But a surgical removal that leaves their holders alive is preferable to killing them for it. I've no desire to kill anyone.

Before your father was murdered, he told the new Ahura, through that broadcast, that X-DAV would go looking for them. That doesn't lend weight to X-DAV wanting the god-organs to cross into Earth bodies only.

Then we must aid the new Ahura and Spenta in gaining the knowledge to defend themselves. As you said, it is their lack of experience that makes them easy targets.

People who play high-level characters of those classes could be asked to teach them the skills and techniques they know.

I don't. He didn't share his information with us out of fear for our safety. All I have is what I was able to piece together from his records. X-DAV destroyed whatever they could find, so even that is precious little.

I don't know what to make of the rioting berserkers in the beginning of March. They were people from Earth. That indicates that the old Ahura crossed over to Earth alive and appointed them berserkers before someone killed him.

Also, about X-DAV having access to all communication methods in the game -- do you think that would include unconventional methods, like writing in the dirt or writing on something other than parchment?

Unless they somehow discovered a method to confer power across the divide. It's a good question, though, and definitely something we should look into.

Such actions would require you to input text to perform them, would they not? It's best to assume for now that nothing would be secure.

For the people who are already in there.

A very good question. I'm hesitant to say it would be safe, but it seems as though their actions are not translated into text, so it may not be as easily tracked.

Have you any idea why some alts are gaining self-awareness while others are not? Or why some alts cross over?

I've yet to be able to pick out a pattern. Maybe it doesn't exist...?

It seems to be random. I haven't noticed any particular pattern, either.

I have noticed that alts seem to gain self-awareness automatically if their player is drawn into the game.

A few. Not many. It is difficult to find them before X-DAV does.

What do you ask of them?

That they help to protect us from any threats X-DAV may throw at us. And that they teach us what they know about their world, to better arm us against dangers such as the monsters that have crossed over.

I'm curious to know more about this "alts being used against people" business. In fact, I'm curious to know why this is happening at all.

Seven years, you say? And was this always in the background?

Yes. The game was created with the express purpose of later merging it with our world. That has always been the end goal.

I can't say why. I don't know X-DAV's motives.

The alts they recruit become loyal to them. They will act as X-DAV's sword.

Was the game based on a world that already existed or was it made from nothing to be pulled into existence?

That's not a question I can answer definitively, but I believe the latter.

Just what exactly are you trying to do with your announcement? Since the only thing you've given us to trust you is that you're a victim of recent injustice.

Hate to break it to you, you aren't the only one.

I understand if your pain is too great for you to trust the words of a stranger.

I have no delusions about being the only one hurt by X-DAV's actions. People have lost loved ones. Many of them have no idea what's going on and won't even think to search for them inside Zenderael.

That's why I want names, descriptions. I want to be able to pass the information along to those waiting for news, and I want to be able to protect the people who've found themselves inside the game.

All I ask is information and cooperation.

So why use your real name in all of this? If you're really Ms. Hutchins that is. You could've used a pseudonym and accomplished the same thing. If this is pseudonym, that's a really dirty way of taking advantage of the current sentiment.

I don't believe I could have accomplished the same thing with a pseudonym. I decided to use my real name because it comes along with an understanding. People know what happened to my family. They know why I should be invested in this cause.
