So no, earth school is not like criminal underworld training, although that would be awesome if it was.

A job given needs to be completed. Why are they concerned with the means?

I think cheating doesn't develop the particular skillset they're looking for in bright young minds.

Somebody has to actually be able to DO the work, after all. If everyone learns to cheat, the one poor jerk they cheated off of will have to do everything ever.

Not that I have any idea who grows up to do trig for a living.

There's a whole list, but I threw it away back in September. You can do most of it with a rented tablet, otherwise there's a lot of paper materials you've got to get and the teachers tend to find it kind of annoying.

But you'll at least need a graphing calculator and pencils and pens to use during tests. And bagged lunch or lunch money every day.
