He mails along Siegmund's letter of recommendation and an essay an hour after he got the recommendation letter. It's probably a rehashed college essay... :Ic In any case, it's pretty nice, although it does confess he has very few dreams. (In reality, he has a few he's not stating. One of which being HAVING FRIENDSSSSSSSS sob.) He has tacked on and edited in places, though! So it's totally accurate. ]

I was supposed to get two references, but there's not very many people I could ask. So she trimmed it down to one.

I never met Mr. Howard in person, so I can't guarantee he isn't secretly a 12-year-old girl lying about everything. Please verify this yourself.

From what I know of him, I think he will be responsible with any alchemist powers you give him. He seems sane, but maybe that is a point against him as an alchemist.
