I'm in the Nenakret right now. I already have the basics taken care of.

I need good places to eat and shop, if you have suggestions. Also, anyone I should or shouldn't talk to.

Also, I think I am going to go sign up and become a spellsword because self-defense and comrades sounds like a wonderful idea.

I am currently in the Nenakret, so it would be quite a commute...

Yeah. It's really... something else. I'm actually at a loss for words about it.

I found lodging, at least for tonight.

I would recommend somewhere for you to stay, but the only places I know well are in Bastan, which does not help you. The attached might, at least until you figure out what you might want to do. I would have sent a sword along, but I was uncertain the dragon would take it willingly.

That is exceedingly useful, actually. I could use all of the weapons I can get, I think, if I come across any problems.

I plan to go join the spellswords. Back into the army, after a fashion, but it seems wise. Acher attained awareness and rather dislikes me.

If you remain in Safta, I believe you should be fine. It tends to be neutral territory.

Ostendramm is taking issue with you being his player?

I plan to, at least for the time being. Otherwise, I'll use warp mages and stick to populated areas.

He dismissed everything about his life until the point he gained self-awareness as my efforts to constrain his behavior, and... acted upon that idea.

My league's based in the Nenakret if you want to check them out. Day's End, they're helping Earthers find things to do, just tell Mal you know me and you'll be set. [directions to the league hall that may or may not be accurate given the Nenakret's new geography.]

Spellsword ain't a bad plan. I couldn't stand the Amber Gaze, but if you're used to military, you'll be fine.

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll go check them out. There's a lot of pieces of Paris here, so it might take a little updating for the map. Mal, you said?

It's an inn, the Windsands? It seems nice. I have my own room, which is good. I found an ATM in part of Paris that got merged over, withdrew some money as euros, and then exchanged that into gold.

Oh, I haven't got a bleeding clue what the city looks like now, then. Yeah, Mal, Malachai Dominga. He's a spellsword too, long white hair and gold eyes. He's the man in charge and me best mate.

That's right clever, that is! If you don't want to spend your money though, I'm willing to let you stay at my place as long as you need. It's toward the edge of town, no one's using it at the moment.
