Hey, I wrote to Rachel last night in-game. She wrote back this morning.

She's in Bastan, says the clerics are keeping her safe and that the Queen made the teleport mages quit, that's why they're not around. She says she can't write to anyone unless it's a reply.

I told her I'd let people know she was safe.

Rhys, she wants you to write to her. Use her full name, Rachel Hamada.

Yeah. Not that he ever much liked Bastan anyway, but it was safe, so with the siege going on he'd just want to be somewhere else. Probably somewhere in Safta.

I haven't logged into him in over a week. 8|

Oh, God, what if this happens to Nayan? Sweetie, I don't know if I can handle Nayan running around on his own like this. :( Do you have any idea how much trouble he could get himself into?

Yeah, but now I can't. I mean I could, I was able to log into Marlene and Chief still plays her, but it would be so weird just... taking someone over like that. 8| Not to mention they don't take it well... Marlene was terrified. They seem to black out when it happens.

It could happen to any of our characters. I have no idea how to tell, either, until they do something obviously on their own.

Guess you could have someone send him mail and never read it, and if you turn up one day and it's been read, or they get a reply, then you'll know.

Unless he'd just ignore their letter.

If it was from Rayu or Zach, he definitely wouldn't ignore that. I can't ask you to send mail from Zach, because that just seems weird now, but I might ask Rhys to have Rayu send him something...

As for Virelai, Nayan could just ask her to help with a job. I think she'd be willing if it seemed like she were needed.
