Hey, hun! Checking in. I'm not dead yet. ;)

I'm actually having a lot of fun with classes, which is weird because you wouldn't think I would. I mean, it's school, but all the Zen stuff they've added is ridiculously fun. I'm still trying to clean everything and make the room look awesome before that roommate shows up. No one has yet, which is kind of weird, but I fully expect one to show up when I least expect it. Better to be prepared than not prepared at all.

Did you want me to send you something of yours that Gunnar didn't take? I mean, the dragons apparently get kind of mad if it's over a certain size, but I could send you something if you wanted...

So completely random question. Since when do you have a rhino?

I'd be more worried about keeping it from Nayan, personally. It really would not surprise me if he swiped Earth tech from people running around Zenderael. If he finds out you have a laptop, he might try to take that, too.

Are you kidding? I've never even seen you in action as the Ahura. Do you have any idea how cool that would be?

Nayan contacted me a while ago, but I didn't have anything interesting to tell him. It sounds like he's still all right, but I guess I wouldn't know. Have you been keeping up with him?

Sort of? I mean, we were talking a bit before I wrote you just now. He sent me dragon mail asking if you had a rhino and then I guess he thought when you two wrote last, you might have been mad at him? I don't even know.

Well, maybe not, but I've never actually seen a guild leader until you. I've never seen them do anything. I feel like that'd be interesting, at least.

I may not have been the warmest to him. Sorry about that. I figured he had something he was after, but he never got back to me.

Not offended. But if he had a point, I didn't want to beat around the bush.

The former Vohu and Mano, I met. [... Before they probably died. Does Gabriel know about Ezra? ... Is it Rhys' place to say?] The Spenta and I get along.

I met with the Asha, too. [But the less said about that, the better.]

I have absolutely no idea. He's changed since I played him. Apparently, he seemed to think I asked that mage to cut his strings because I wanted something from him. I don't even know.

Really, though, it was probably just confirming a rumor or something. He has a reputation. Spreading around false information is bad for business.

You met the Asha? [O_O. May or may not be having a small magic-related fanboy moment over here. Please ignore.] I'm surprised about you and the Spenta, though. Would've thought he'd be trying something horrible, what with the Bastan siege and all...

I suppose we know who to give information too if we want it to start making rounds.

Yeah. He looks younger than I thought he would.

[How much of this is common knowledge... He'll stick with that much until he knows what Ezra's comfortable with.] The last Spenta died. They new one and I arrived together to stop it, so it's easy to feel close.

Nayan's good for that. He'll expect compensation, though. Don't make that compensation a favor. Trust me.

I was going to ask about that. No one can seem to agree on his age whenever I've seen art of him. I think the only consistent thing is the hair.

I'm guessing the new Spenta thing happened around the same time as Kharveryos, right? I mean, unless a mage came in and disenchanted the corpse, the only way to kill it was a holy spell. Duncan told me that.

He's no child, but he's younger than I am. [... Which might make him a child if Rhys still questions his own adulthood, but.]

Yeah, that's right. I don't know how much he'd want me to say, but the new Spenta is someone you can trust, if it ever comes to it.

I mean, before, I would have said go for it, but he's gone outside the little box I had him in. It's just safer to give him money.

Wow. I really didn't have him pegged for that young. I would have thought he'd be older.

Good to know. Any of the others like that or have you not met them yet?

Haven't met them. I should, but it's gotten complicated... It's always best to be careful. I'd trust the Spenta with my life, but I can't say the same for anyone else with the same confidence.

Only if it's really bad, but yes. I hate having to play "dad" with him, but I already put my foot down about him stealing wallets, so... Someone has to, I guess.

I'll keep that in mind. Trust the Spenta and the Ahura, no one else until told otherwise.

I have no idea. When I told him no, his exact words were, "You never let me have any fun." I can imagine the pout that went with it.

Maybe things will start getting back in hand soon?
