If you eat one's heart, it heals you. But it does... other things. Makes you a lot stronger and faster. I can hear better and smell things a lot better. But, uh, holy magic -- including healing from a paladin or cleric -- will hurt me a lot. And they're going to want to kill me.

And some day I'm going to... go feral, lose my mind and try to kill whoever's around, and I'm just delaying the inevitable. So I got that to look forward to.

Um. I don't age anymore, so it could be a long time... It's supposed to be gradual. What I read is that some molavvas last well past a normal lifespan. And some give in a lot sooner.
