Did you switch into any different bodies?

I did. I was a cleric, and a bird. And I was also Ravindra. (He is also in your pieces of paper. He is the paladin.)

It was very interesting. I do not think Ravindra is very interested in how different it was, but you might be. Did you know that sleep is wonderful? And cats are warm? And apples are very sweet, and they smell sweet, too. I did not know apples had a smell.

Being a human was very strange, but I liked it. Being a bird was very nice, too.

[The first letter he sends upon waking up Sunday morning. He needs to know if Rayu's okay. Ravi getting out doesn't mean Rayu pulled through, though he's hopeful it does. So hopeful, in fact, that he doesn't even consider Rayu being dead as a real possibility.]

The Asha is gone. Spellswords came for him last Friday. I do not know why, but I suspect it was an attempt to contain him. They failed and he escaped. He teleported to Earth. I am going now to find him, if nothing has already happened to him.

I will come back. I promise.

[monday evening, she spends the majority of her time with a piece of parchment, set to write something, but- what? she has no clue what to say herself, and if she's taking the initiative, she doesn't have anything to answer.

finally what gets sent is a drawing of a cat curled up and sleeping. it isn't bad- reilanin's good with a pen and used to freehanding complicated designs, so this isn't difficult at all, but there's still something childlike and doodly about it, like someone unused to drawing... or unused to cats]
